When I first started this blog in 2007 (sigh, I was such a good blogger then) it was to keep up with family and send my sometimes lucid thoughts out into the nether land of webspace. As I went back and read those earlier posts it was like looking at myself in a very foggy mirror. I'd like to wipe away the cloud that has accumulated since and begin again. Oh, how I love a new year. Last fall I started a yoga teacher training program - which turns out is really a test in self-knowledge as well as lessons in anatomy, movement, patience and consciousness, as well as philosophy.
So, um... stay tuned!
